In fact , I thought if you want to lose weight,the most important is your Mental. A lot of friend tell themselves I must lose 3 pounds, or I have to go back what I used to look like in some weeks or some months,I believe it`s not right, you have afford a lot mentality ,then it`s going to be much harder for you to lose weight successfully. So im my opinion the most important thing for weightloss is mentality!
First,you must know why did you get fat,Its Born or something else, so that you can do the right things to yourself situation!
Second, you have to be happy, and not afford a lot mentality, Do not think the best way for you to lose weight is eat less food, Becaus if you don`t eat enough food at rice time, then of course that you will eat someting else, So,eat enough food when you are on the Tale, and tell your self not to eat snacks!
Third,Do not stop doing exercises,I think the best way to lose weight is sports,of course, the sports you love, you insist on doing 3 hours exercise every day,then some months later you will going to be thin again!
